Hedwig and the Angry Inch the Musical

My friend Felix is in town and he highly recommended me to watch the musical of Hedwig and the Angry Inch off East Broadway. The story is based on the movie and musical written by John Cameron Mitchell. Felix gave me a very brief storyline of the rock musical: It is a story about an East German transgender whom had a failed transgender operation.

Maker Faire

Now as a first year student of Parsons MFA Design and Technology student, my tutor strongly encouraged us to go to the Maker Faire in Queens this weekend. Never a maths or science geek (Oh lord I go to art school because I don’t wanna read nor do maths), it was the first science fair I have ever been. Surprisingly, I enjoyed it sooooooooooooo much. As the name suggested, it encourages visitors¬†to make and produce and trigger their passion to learn more whilst making.

Alice’s Adventure in Wonderland by The National Ballet of Canada

I saw the trailer of Alice’s Adventure in Wonderland when I passed by Times Square the other day. The strong visual attracted me and reminded me of the time I watched Swan Lake by the Royal Ballet in 2010.
